Description

  • Design and implement performant, resilient, scalable SaaS applications using microservice architectures.
  • Build stateful LangGraph agents that plan tasks, query knowledge graphs, and execute tools reliably.
  • Develop Graph-RAG pipelines combining semantic search with structured knowledge traversal.
  • Integrate AI agents with engineering tools, simulators, databases, and other knowledge sources.
  • Implement safeguards and optimize prompting, orchestration, accuracy, traceability, and performance.
  • Build low-latency Python APIs with FastAPI for frontend and AI model data services.
  • Architect Azure and/or AWS cloud-native solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Guide data modeling and database design across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Create architecture diagrams and documentation for existing systems and new features.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer, and engineering teams while maintaining code quality, testing, and API standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • Experience developing complex software applications.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable SaaS platforms with microservice architecture.
  • Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with data modeling, database design, and relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Delta Lake, or similar data platforms and pipelines.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Fluency in Python and/or Node.js, with experience building FastAPI services preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps and build pipeline tools such as GitLab Runner.
  • Experience writing unit tests, maintaining code quality, and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • React or other UI development experience preferred.
  • Oil and gas technical or real-time acquisition software experience preferred.
  • Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Architect certification preferred.
