Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems.
  • Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows.
  • Implement grounding, citations, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools and APIs, build prototypes, and validate solutions with business users.
  • Create automated evaluations and optimize agent quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost.
  • Support production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years building Generative AI, assistant, or agent-based applications.
  • Strong hands-on Generative AI experience.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services.
  • Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, and agent orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience implementing agent evaluation, guardrails, grounding, citations, context management, and tool-use controls.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement for production AI applications.
  • Experience developing and deploying secure, testable enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Azure AI Engineer certification is preferred.
