Description

  • Design high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems.
  • Architect, develop, and deliver new platform features.
  • Own projects end to end, from requirements through delivery, in collaboration with Product.
  • Collaborate with distributed Engineering and Product teams.
  • Improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes.
  • Analyze existing solutions, reduce unnecessary complexity, and replace short-term fixes with durable solutions.
  • Build and optimize audience discovery, enrichment, filtering, evaluation, and activation capabilities.
  • Create and maintain data-pipeline DAGs to orchestrate and automate processing workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building SaaS applications with Python.
  • Experience designing database systems using relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, or NoSQL technologies.
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform; strong cloud architecture and cost-analysis expertise preferred.
  • Experience developing REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and SQL, including BigQuery.
  • Communicative proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java is preferred.
  • Experience with Airflow and Cloud Composer is preferred.
  • Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
