Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile solutions following industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Espresso and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes using Buildkite and GitHub Actions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and help improve development standards.
  • Work with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Manage tasks, defects, and project deliverables through JIRA and XRay.
  • Collaborate within Scrum and Kanban frameworks to deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Android application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android Studio.
  • Experience developing and maintaining native Android applications.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks, particularly Espresso.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Buildkite and GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and XRay for project and test management.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
  • Experience with Python scripting or development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of mobile testing and quality assurance best practices (preferred).
  • Exposure to iOS development environments, including Swift, Xcode, TestFlight, and XCUITest (preferred).
  • Experience supporting cloud-based, data, or AI-related initiatives (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with international teams and clients (preferred).
  • Experience in fast-paced consulting or enterprise software development environments (preferred).
