Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to win new business and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Build and expand the client base by developing new accounts and growing existing accounts.
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reports to support organizational planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
  • Consult with clients to understand business needs and objectives and shape tailored sales approaches.
  • Communicate Codurance’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and client conversations.
  • Refine the solutions offering and drive go-to-market execution in collaboration with marketing and other teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, professional services, and other departments to support pre-sales and sales activities.
  • Lead, coach, and coordinate the sales team and internal sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling technology or IT professional services, such as consultancy or software delivery.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including crafting proposals.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry, particularly modern technology and Agile.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling, sales principles, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building experience in managing sales teams.
