Description

  • Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting aligned to ideal prospect objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to identify new business opportunities using intent-based tools.
  • Build trusted advisor and consultant relationships with prospects.
  • Engage executive buyers with value-based selling and tailored solutions.
  • Achieve defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to product, processes, and workflows.
  • Work with a book of target accounts to identify technical hiring challenges and communicate CoderPad’s value proposition.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in SaaS sales positions.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • Hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and develop new ideas and approaches.
  • Experience engaging executive buyers with innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Gong and Apollo is a plus.
  • Must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without present or future sponsorship.

Benefits

  • $200,000-$225,000 OTE with a 50/50 base salary and variable compensation structure.
  • Base salary range of $100,000-$112,500 USD.
  • Stock options with a 4-year vesting schedule.

  • Unlimited PTO with an expectation of taking 3 weeks annually, plus 20 company holidays.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with a monthly WFH stipend.
