Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of 200–300 customer accounts under $20k ARR.
  • Manage renewal outreach from 90 days before renewal through contract close.
  • Design and operate AI-assisted outreach workflows using tools such as Claude, Gainsight, Apollo, and Salesforce.
  • Engage customers in both English and French throughout the renewal cycle with a consistent 90/60/30-day cadence.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
  • Provide leadership with updates on at-risk accounts and GRR/NRR trends.
  • Identify at-risk accounts proactively and create action plans to reduce churn and contraction.
  • Surface expansion opportunities and route qualified opportunities to the Strategic AE / SAE team.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure renewal opportunities are complete and accurate in SFDC.
  • Partner with RevOps and Data teams to improve reporting, automation, and renewal process completeness.
  • Document, refine, and improve renewal workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • French language proficiency with the ability to manage customer conversations in both French and English, written and verbal.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent to automate workflows, communications, or processes.
  • Salesforce CRM experience and strong spreadsheet proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfort negotiating contracts and managing procurement conversations in a high-volume, transactional environment.
  • Experience in a startup, high-growth tech company, or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Gainsight or a similar Customer Success platform is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Apollo or other outreach sequencing tools is preferred.
  • Location: Ireland, with a fully remote work arrangement.
  • Candidates should be available for a process that includes interviews in French and English.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €50,000–€60,000.
  • Total compensation package of €65,000–€70,000.
  • Quarterly performance bonus tied to NRR and GRR metrics.
  • 80/20 pay structure with 80% base salary and 20% bonus paid quarterly.
  • Equity may be included as part of the overall package.
  • Company-wide benefits may be available in addition to cash compensation.
  • Remote-first role based in Ireland with 100% remote work.
