Description

  • Develop production-grade AI agents, state management mechanisms, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and external platforms using MCP and structured function calling.
  • Implement and maintain high-performance RAG pipelines with vector databases and grounding strategies.
  • Run automated evaluations, regression testing, task-success metrics, and safety guardrails.
  • Deploy LLM applications on AWS using Amazon Bedrock and monitor performance with observability tools.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable Python code.
  • Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with senior engineers, MLOps, and product teams.
  • Own core agent components and drive continuous improvement across the AI development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based, RAG, or agentic AI applications.
  • Advanced Python experience.
  • Experience with AWS and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Hands-on experience testing, evaluating, and monitoring LLM execution with tools like LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.
  • Ownership mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative approach.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems and reinforcement learning concepts is preferred.
  • Experience building front-end AI interfaces with Chainlit, Streamlit, or React is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow is preferred.
  • Exposure to Azure AI or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
