Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and advanced Python.
Build and optimize intelligent workflows using LangChain and/or LangGraph for LLM orchestration.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend components for AI use cases.
Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices in software development and AI engineering.
Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and distributed engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, and modern AI tooling.

Requirements

6+ years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
Hands-on experience building applications with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
Experience contributing to architectural decisions and communicating with global stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and system design sensibility.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, distributed agile environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work remotely from Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, or Brazil.
Ability to align with EST hours.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM ecosystems.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Git, CI/CD, and microservices architectures.
