Description

  • Work through a warm outreach campaign to existing members using a 10–12 touch cadence per contact.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and pitch higher-priced products to suitable members.
  • Manage leads and pipeline stages in Nutshell CRM using provided lists, templates, and scripts.
  • Set appointments and contribute to conversion goals across the sales funnel.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell efforts across all four product lines to grow revenue.
  • Re-engage contacts on renewal cycles and expand outreach into the broader contact database.
  • Conduct outreach and sales conversations with a strong presence on Zoom.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is required.
  • Availability to work in the PDT time zone is required.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with hunger and drive is required.
  • Comfortable using Zoom for outreach calls and meetings.
  • Experience with Nutshell CRM is required.
  • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured cadence-based outreach is preferred.
  • Ability to complete the application requirements, including CEFR English level, Coconut VA resume format, and a 1-minute introduction video.
  • English resume must follow the Coconut VA profile template and be submitted in English.
