Description

  • Build and continuously manage a pipeline of contractor prospects through research, list building, and prioritization.
  • Identify target businesses in the $500K to $1M annual revenue range using tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HomeAdvisor, local directories, Facebook groups, and Chamber of Commerce lists.
  • Execute multi-touch cold email sequences and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages.
  • Make 15 to 30 cold calls per day to electricians, plumbers, and other trades professionals.
  • Run discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, current review and reputation management processes, decision-making structure, budget, and timeline.
  • Present TradeRated as the solution and handle initial objections during the sales process.
  • Qualify or disqualify prospects early based on fit and readiness to buy.
  • Follow up on objections, negotiate pricing when needed, and close contracts.
  • Collect payment information and complete the handoff to the Director of Customer Success with full prospect context.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in GoHighLevel with a proven track record in both prospecting and closing independently.
  • Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, lead generation, list building, contact research, and target prioritization.
  • Comfort spending significant time on the phone in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Clear American accent required for client-facing conversations.
  • Highly self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and work without constant oversight.
  • Experience selling to trades, contractor, home services, or construction businesses is preferred.
  • Experience in the home services, construction, or contractor software space is preferred.
  • Existing network of contractors or trades business owners is a plus.
  • SaaS product knowledge is preferred; training will be provided.
  • CRM experience is preferred; training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of online reviews and reputation management is preferred.
