Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates as needed.
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to support customers effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Meet established SLAs, response times, and quality standards.
  • Grow into a customer service lead role supporting policy, product feedback, and training AI support flows.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with Shopify.
  • Availability from 11 AM to 3 PM EST on weekdays, plus a few hours on weekends.
  • Willingness to grow into a full customer service lead role.
  • Ability to manage policy, product feedback, and training AI support flows in the future.
  • Strong English proficiency, with CEFR level required in the application.
  • Must complete the Coconut VA profile in the required English resume format.
  • Must submit a 1-minute introduction video link with the application.
  • Ability to work part-time, 30 hours per week.
  • Experience with CRM systems for customer documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Experience meeting service level agreements, response times, and quality standards.
