Description

  • Build and maintain prospect lists of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, fund of funds, and institutional investors.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder.
  • Monitor inbound interest and buying signals such as email opens and website visits, then follow up promptly.
  • Manage and update CRM records throughout the sales process.
  • Research prospective investors and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Support ongoing capital raise initiatives and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline.
  • Assist with business development activities for Savannah Global, including outreach for managed IT services.
  • Help execute marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, social media campaigns, and advertising as processes are developed.
  • Continuously improve outreach workflows and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in outbound sales and business development.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM.
  • Comfortable working in Slack.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week.
  • Able to work East Coast business hours (EST).
  • Experience with SDR or fundraising work is preferred.
  • Experience engaging with executives, investors, or high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
  • Warm, engaging, and personable communication style is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Monthly rate of $2,150.
  • Resume must follow the Coconut VA profile template and be submitted in English.
  • Completion of an English proficiency level assessment is required.
  • A 1-minute introduction video link must be provided in the application.
