Description

  • Build and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline for technician roles.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process with speed and urgency.
  • Partner with local leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for skilled trades and blue-collar talent.
  • Use trade schools, referrals, social media, local outreach, and job boards to attract candidates.
  • Write compelling job advertisements that generate quality applicant flow.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline management in Greenhouse.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep hiring workflows organized so candidates do not fall through the cracks.
  • Support hiring speed and quality improvements across the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trades, field service, or other high-volume roles.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort operating with minimal structure and adapting quickly.
  • Experience using an ATS platform, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Strong written communication and job ad writing skills.
  • Experience recruiting for technician or service-based industries is preferred.
  • Experience supporting private equity-backed or high-growth organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local recruiting channels and workforce development programs is preferred.
