Description

  • Support the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and compliance offerings, from ideation and design through launch, enablement, sustainment, and retirement.
  • Partner with offering leadership and stakeholders to standardize services into repeatable, SKU-ready structures.
  • Coordinate day-to-day offering initiatives, including intake tracking, status reporting, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and governance documentation.
  • Create and maintain go-to-market collateral such as proposal materials, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, catalogs, and other enablement content.
  • Perform competitive analysis and pricing support to inform packaging, list pricing, margin targets, and growth strategy.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including client meetings, solutioning discussions, and RFP responses.
  • Stay current on emerging security threats, industry trends, and client demand, and recommend updates to offerings and messaging.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve scoping, quoting, and contracting workflows.
  • Support development of new threat-focused services through research, pricing inputs, staffing assumptions, collateral, partner coordination, and internal enablement.
  • Work across delivery, sales, finance, operations, legal, marketing, and partnerships to improve portfolio outcomes and field support.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in offering management, product management, program management, go-to-market strategy, business operations, or a related role within cybersecurity or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of threat-focused cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, adversary emulation, exposure management, detection and response, or threat hunting.
  • Knowledge of security compliance and assurance frameworks such as FedRAMP, Healthcare, CMMC, or other globally recognized standards.
  • Experience supporting client-facing and pre-sales situations, including solutioning discussions, proposal responses, and delivery lifecycle coordination.
  • Strong understanding of how cybersecurity services are packaged, sold, and consumed by enterprise clients.
  • Experience developing go-to-market materials and field enablement content such as presentations, proposal content, catalogs, and datasheets.
  • Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and margin analysis using financial models, bid sheets, or similar scoping tools.
  • Experience launching or refreshing service offerings through cross-functional collaboration across delivery, sales, finance, legal, operations, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Experience working with software or ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market motions or partner-attached offerings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
