Description

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned initiatives, translating customer needs and business goals into clear outcomes and delivered features.
  • Serve as Product Owner for a scrum team, partnering with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements and guide execution.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by building relationships, synthesizing feedback, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, QA, and external partners.
  • Deliver user experiences that improve practice efficiency, growth, and financial performance by focusing on customer workflows.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, stakeholder reviews, and delivery planning with clear communication and follow-through.
  • Track backlog health, delivery execution, product quality, and post-launch impact against agreed timelines, requirements, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Demonstrated ownership of backlog execution and feature delivery in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing software products.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, and sprint execution.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into product requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product tools.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
