Description

  • Conduct social engineering, phishing, vishing, physical security, and human risk engagements.
  • Plan and execute authorized physical security assessments across client facilities and locations.
  • Evaluate perimeter controls, entry points, locks, badges, visitor management, secure areas, and employee access practices.
  • Develop assessment scenarios, pretexts, test plans, and combined physical and social engineering exercises.
  • Coordinate onsite logistics, client communications, safety requirements, evidence collection, and testing activities.
  • Document findings using notes, timestamps, photographs, interviews, and other protected assessment records.
  • Present results and prioritized remediation recommendations through client briefings, debriefs, and reports.
  • Manage engagement priorities, deadlines, utilization targets, and delivery requirements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with project managers, quality, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to Human Threat methodologies, tooling, playbooks, service offerings, research, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of client-facing consulting experience, including 3–5 years in social engineering, red teaming, insider risk, or physical security.
  • Expertise in social engineering, phishing, vishing, smishing, pretext development, adversary emulation, and human risk assessments.
  • Experience planning and conducting authorized physical security assessments, facility walkthroughs, access-control reviews, and onsite testing.
  • Knowledge of human-targeted threat actor tactics, physical security weaknesses, identity-based attacks, email security, and behavior change principles.
  • Ability to identify, document, risk-rate, and communicate physical and human-centered vulnerabilities with practical remediation recommendations.
  • Strong report writing, client presentation, executive briefing, public speaking, time management, and independent work skills.
  • Ability to protect sensitive client information and maintain accurate evidence and engagement records.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% for client-site assessments.
  • ASIS Certified Protection Professional certification or comparable physical security credential preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes physical red teaming, behavioral science, threat intelligence, insider risk programs, badge or access-control social engineering, and published security research.
