Description

  • Lead discovery, qualification, executive briefings, workshops, solution validation, and technical sales activities for strategic client opportunities.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships and align client priorities, risks, constraints, and decision processes.
  • Design client-specific solutions spanning compliance, cloud, security, technology, and operating-model considerations.
  • Develop proposals, statements of work, pricing models, estimates, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, demonstrations, and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Maintain clarity around scope, responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, risks, change control, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, finance, product, executive leadership, and external partners throughout pursuits and handoffs.
  • Support negotiations by explaining solution rationale, commercial assumptions, scope boundaries, and delivery approaches.
  • Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across Coalfire’s service portfolio.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, sales collateral, workshops, webinars, new offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Travel approximately 25–35% for client workshops, executive briefings, industry events, and strategic account support.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience selling, delivering, or managing compliance and audit solutions.
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise pre-sales and solution-development engagements.
  • Experience with Global Assurance, compliance, security, cloud, and related solutions.
  • Experience leading or materially supporting enterprise discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, and client-facing technical discussions.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, FedRAMP/FISMA, CMMC, GDPR, SOC, or CCPA.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, escalations, and high-visibility client situations.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, delivery, product, finance, partners, and diverse client stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Preferred expertise in data privacy, U.S. and global regulations, and common compliance frameworks.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CGEIT.
