Description

  • Own MSP opportunities from discovery and solution design through sizing, competitive positioning, proof of concept, and technical close.
  • Shape the platforms and services MSPs build, including multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, integrations, and operational models.
  • Model managed-service economics, including cost per tenant, consumption, capacity, margins, and Evergreen//One constructs.
  • Support MSP sales cycles with their end customers through co-selling and technical engagement.
  • Position FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, and Everpure Data Intelligence against competitors.
  • Build competitive evidence such as battle cards, reference architectures, teardowns, and proof points.
  • Develop MSP technical champions and enable partner teams to design and sell independently.
  • Feed MSP requirements into the global program and Product Management, and contribute reusable technical content.
  • Coordinate specialist resources and represent Everpure at partner events, roadshows, webinars, and workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, with a record of winning partner-led business.
  • Direct MSP experience and understanding of how managed services are built, priced, operated, and sold.
  • Commercial fluency in consumption economics, total cost of ownership, and margins.
  • Experience driving and closing complex technical deals in competitive environments.
  • Expertise in block, file, and object storage; large-scale unstructured data; hybrid and cloud data services; Kubernetes; and storage-as-a-service.
  • Working knowledge of compute, databases, networking, virtualization, AI/ML data pipelines, data governance, and data classification.
  • Experience with cyber resilience, virtualization migration, multi-tenancy, automation, and API-driven infrastructure.
  • Strong written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills, with executive presence across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizations, influence without authority, operate entrepreneurially in ambiguity, and deliver results.
  • Product experience with relevant technology vendors in the applicable region.
