Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers, including data integrations, EHR configurations, and platform setup.
  • Serve as the primary technical account manager for enterprise customers after launch and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Customer Integrations teams to represent customer needs and influence product delivery.
  • Define and refine scalable onboarding playbooks and technical documentation to improve consistency as the customer base grows.
  • Coordinate across clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders at customer organizations and across internal teams.
  • Identify, surface, and address technical risks before they affect care delivery or customer adoption.
  • Support accurate data flow and stable integrations during customer launches.
  • Translate customer needs into working systems and communicate Counterpart's technical capabilities in a trusted, customer-facing way.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a closely related field.
  • Experience leading data integrations or EHR implementations in healthcare settings.
  • Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or similar interoperability standards.
  • Comfortable in both customer-facing meetings and technical architecture discussions.
  • Ability to translate between clinical, operational, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, including spotting risks, creating escalation paths, and building playbooks.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
  • Experience with enterprise customer environments is preferred.
  • Education, work experience, certifications, and internal equity may be considered in compensation decisions.
