Description

  • Turn strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through for high-priority initiatives.
  • Own discrete parts of major cross-functional workstreams and ensure milestones are met.
  • Manage dependencies, surface risks early, and resolve blockers to keep progress visible.
  • Build trackers, meeting cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms that support execution.
  • Break down complex problems and translate high-level goals into executable next steps.
  • Coordinate across functions and stakeholders to keep projects aligned.
  • Use AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve execution speed, quality, and leverage.
  • Improve project visibility, coordination, and operating cadence across major priorities.
  • Drive follow-through and help deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.
  • Experience working in a high-performance, analytically rigorous environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while keeping the big picture in view.
  • Comfort driving execution in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Good judgment about when to push independently and when to escalate.
  • Interest in building as an operator and working closely with company leaders on consequential priorities.
