Description

  • Translate high-level goals into structured workstreams with clear owners, interfaces, and timelines.
  • Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate execution and solve workstream challenges.
  • Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes with strong pace, rigor, and attention to both strategic context and operational detail.
  • Align stakeholders across teams and levels, driving accountability through clarity and influence without formal authority.
  • Turn ambiguity into action by building new processes, prioritizing unclear agendas, and repairing broken coordination systems.
  • Manage projects involving internal teams and external partners, including vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators.
  • Build scalable coordination mechanisms that improve execution across teams and support operational leverage.
  • Drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a Chief of Staff/internal strategy role.
  • Experience driving complex, multi-organization initiatives to completion rather than only advising on them.
  • Strong structured thinking, with the ability to write with precision and communicate synthesized insights.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems where no playbook exists.
  • Ability to influence without positional authority and create alignment through clarity, quality, and speed.
  • Experience working closely with executives and operating with high standards for execution.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or emerging technologies that can improve execution is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-trust internal strategy or operations environment is preferred.
