Description

  • Lead cross-functional project efforts by building roadmaps, securing alignment, and removing blockers through implementation.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Ventures from planning through execution and follow-through.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, and Deployments teams to identify problems and implement process improvements.
  • Work with Enterprise Solutions teams to define requirements and deliver solutions for core scaling challenges.
  • Identify operational pain points and design scalable processes to resolve them.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to analyze issues and support operational decisions.
  • Define and document business requirements for internal systems and software workflows.
  • Fill critical gaps as needed to keep the business running smoothly and ensure Venture success.
  • Proactively identify future cross-functional issues and propose solutions.
  • Support change management when transitioning new processes or systems to business users.

Requirements

  • Effective end-to-end project management experience spanning concept, planning, implementation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify operational pain points and design scalable processes to resolve them.
  • Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data to support analysis and operational decisions.
  • Experience defining and documenting business requirements for internal systems or software workflows.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments, including business and technical teams, to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, processes, and skills quickly.
  • Strong ownership and personal accountability for project outcomes.
  • U.S. Person status is required due to access to controlled data.
  • Experience partnering with Finance/Accounting and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth technology, manufacturing, finance, or defense environment is preferred.
  • Experience influencing the design and functionality of internal business systems based on user needs is preferred.
