Description

  • Build systems and tools that simplify healthcare workflows and support primary care physicians and care teams.
  • Collaborate with operators, clinicians, product managers, and operational teams to define and develop new features.
  • Engage directly with users and stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions.
  • Take ownership of work from problem understanding through delivery and measurement.
  • Make informed technical and product decisions to advance business and patient outcomes.
  • Help define and maintain development practices that support fast iteration and quality.
  • Write tests and document key implementations.
  • Adopt and evangelize AI in both internal work and product solutions.
  • Work across different technical systems and concerns, including complex and distributed systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more common programming languages.
  • Familiarity with databases and web frontend technology.
  • Experience building and refactoring complex, often distributed systems.
  • Ability to work with maturity, rigor, and attention to scalability.
  • Comfort working across different technical systems and concerns.
  • Experience building systems with AI agents as partners and team members, or strong interest in doing so.
  • Passion for understanding the business and user impact behind technical work.
  • Ability to evaluate work based on outcomes, not just output.
  • Education, certifications, and specific technologies may be considered in final compensation decisions.
