Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of provider partnerships to support adoption, expansion, and retention of Counterpart Assistant.
  • Partner with the GTM team to support provider recruitment, onboarding, and training best practices.
  • Develop and improve in-office workflows with clinical and non-clinical staff to drive platform adoption.
  • Implement structured engagement plans to help providers maximize platform usage and succeed in value-based care.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and drive interventions that improve provider outcomes and increase platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform to providers and act as an external product subject matter expert.
  • Influence adoption of best practices across different primary care practice settings.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Proven success driving provider adoption and retention.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff and drive operational change.
  • Experience translating operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows.
  • Proven experience implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
  • Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a primary care setting.
  • Knowledge of medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time; candidates must reside in Jackson County.
  • Preferred: understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
  • Preferred: experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care.
  • Preferred: understanding of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
