Description

  • Drive strategic success planning and engagement across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Foster customer champions and support customers from onboarding through renewal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s current state, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Orchestrate internal and customer teams to tailor messaging, recommendations, and resources to customer needs.
  • Create success plans and account plans that support automation roadmaps and increased platform adoption.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new teams and functions such as IT, HR, Product/Engineering, and Operations.
  • Monitor account health using dashboards, metrics, logins, and use-case activity.
  • Identify customer risks and coordinate mitigation plans with Customer Success Engineers, Product, and CS leadership.
  • Translate customer feedback and technical needs to Product and Engineering to inform feature requests and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a post-sales role at a technology company.
  • Experience with a SaaS solution for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Experience uncovering problems, identifying opportunities, and translating technical requirements to internal teams and partners.
  • Ability to solve complex problems by leveraging internal resources and knowing when to engage management or leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
  • Must be based in EST for this remote position.

Benefits

  • Target annual earnings of $150,000 to $170,000, including salary plus commission.
