Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of provider partnerships and support their onboarding, training, and ongoing use of Counterpart Assistant.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to design effective in-office workflows for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Oversee provider engagement plans to improve adoption, retention, and measurable success in value-based care.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and recommend interventions to improve outcomes and utilization.
  • Advise practices on best practices for adopting Counterpart Assistant across different primary care environments.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to incorporate provider feedback and market insights into the offering.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform to clinicians and practice staff to support awareness and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Proven success driving provider adoption and retention.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to support operational change.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows.
  • Proven success implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
  • Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a primary care setting, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and reside in Houston.
  • Preferred: Understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care.
  • Preferred: Understanding of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
