Description

  • Manage and develop a team of approximately 10 Customer Success Managers across pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Lead client-facing activities from high-impact demos to adoption campaigns that support new business and long-term customer success.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and sales leadership to prioritize accounts and align coverage.
  • Set strategy, coach team performance, and ensure the right resources are in place for key accounts.
  • Build scalable playbooks, demo flows, and persona-specific talk tracks for priority customer segments.
  • Use product usage data and GenAI adoption insights to inform team execution and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and roll out new initiatives.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve products and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing SaaS role such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or a similar function.
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and tailoring presentations and narratives to executive audiences.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritizing work and measuring success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build for scale.
  • Preference for candidates located in the ET timezone.
