Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via chat and email.
  • Investigate call flows, connectivity issues, audio quality problems, device setups, and configuration errors.
  • Diagnose VOIP-related issues such as latency, jitter, firewall behavior, and ISP-related problems.
  • Inspect logs, replicate issues, and collect data for deeper analysis.
  • Handle a high volume of customer conversations with accuracy and focus.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Represent CloudTalk with empathy, clear communication, and ownership.
  • Collaborate with teammates and share knowledge to help improve team learning.

Requirements

  • Please submit your CV in English.
  • Ability to work remotely from Manila, Philippines.
  • Clear English communication skills at C1 level.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfort with basic computer troubleshooting and navigating system settings.
  • Ability to dig into logs, connection tests, and edge cases.
  • Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
  • No previous VOIP experience is required.
  • Willingness to work the specified rotating schedule with long and short weeks.
  • Interest in building a technical career in support, QA, product, or customer success is preferred.
