Description

  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Create, develop, and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to position Cloudinary’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support and serve clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on best practices for media management and optimization.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasts in internal sales tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and sales roles.
  • Experience selling SaaS in the enterprise space.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Prior experience managing strategic accounts is required.
