Description

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for the Video product line.
  • Set quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets with marketing operations and sales.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Partner with product marketing on audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with paid media, content, field marketing, digital, and web teams to launch product-specific campaigns.
  • Work closely with SDRs and sales to improve follow-up, feedback loops, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor funnel metrics and use performance data to refine channel mix, targeting, and messaging.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution and campaign reporting.
  • Maintain a campaign calendar aligned with internal stakeholders and product launch cycles.
  • Create regular performance summaries and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • East Coast location required.
  • Experience in pipeline generation for product marketing or go-to-market teams (preferred).
  • Experience improving campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI (preferred).
