Description

  • Plan and deliver organized customer services that help clients realize the full value of Cloudflare’s products and best practices.
  • Gather business and technical requirements, use cases, and other inputs to design, build, migrate, and deliver customer solutions.
  • Produce solution artifacts such as Solution Designs, HLDs, LLDs, databuilds, procedures, scripts, test plans, deployment plans, migration plans, and as-builts.
  • Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment on behalf of customers following their change management process.
  • Guide customers on configuring their CPEs and integration points.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams on technical escalations.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation, technical Q&A, and best-practice iteration.
  • Build operational assets such as templates, automation scripts, procedures, and workflows.
  • Support customer transitions of the Cloudflare working environment into their technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical implementation, onboarding, security engineering, security operations, or similarly technical team.
  • Strong understanding of OSI layers and protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.
  • Deep understanding of Internet and security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs.
  • Deep understanding of Zero Trust technologies such as ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, and Cloud Email Security.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, ADFS, LDAP, and SAML, including the role of the IdP for SSO.
  • Understanding of internet property security and performance topics such as WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, speed, latency, caching, HTTP/2, and TLSv1.3.
  • Experience with network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Hands-on experience with reverse and forward proxies, content filtering, and DLP technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with software distribution and deployment in Microsoft, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Working knowledge of web security, network segmentation, security proxies, firewalls, NGFWs, and SSL/IPSec and SSL/TLS VPN appliances and services.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and Linux endpoints.
  • Experience debugging network connectivity issues using network troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms for software distribution is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, AzureAD, and Intune is preferred.
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST is preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2 is preferred.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, or MCSE are preferred.
  • This position may require authorization to receive U.S.-controlled software or technology without export license sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Location in Singapore.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
  • Occasional weekend support is required only for specific changes outside customer business hours.
  • Travel is expected at around 30%.
