Description

  • Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon Fleet customers in a post-sale, front-line capacity.
  • Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support software implementation lifecycles and coordinate required customizations.
  • Conduct training for customer technical contacts and end users on Axon product applications and proper installation and use.
  • Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for network communication system design and planning.
  • Coordinate with customers and execute field commissioning tests.
  • Deliver timely and detailed project deployment reports.
  • Engage with post-sale technology decision makers and program managers during site deployments.
  • Escalate product irregularities and issues to Product Managers during deployments.
  • Troubleshoot applications, computers, networks, and products, and validate subcontractor installations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience, including systems software, Windows operating systems, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • A+, Network+ or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of 12-volt DC circuit theory, electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical dexterity, and troubleshooting skills preferred.
  • Emergency Vehicle Technician, similar ASE Electronics certification, or military electronics technician background preferred.
  • Cradlepoint router or equivalent configuration, implementation, and deployment knowledge required; NCOS and NetCloud familiarity preferred.
  • Cradlepoint Network Associate and Cradlepoint Network Professional certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with data transfer concepts, WAN access types, LAN, physical layer infrastructure, wireless technologies, access point networks, and VPNs.
  • Experience implementing and deploying products in IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, layer 3, LAN, WAN, and VPN.
  • A valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for up to 8 hours per day and lift or carry tools up to 75 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States with minimal oversight and reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
  • Flexibility to travel 100% domestically Monday through Friday and visit clients in person weekly.
