Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and Account Management transition.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation plans.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout onboarding.
  • Lead pre-kickoff, kickoff, project check-in, and go-live meetings while documenting actions and next steps.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Coordinate collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics, training completion, customer adoption, and utilization milestones.
  • Travel onsite within Thailand when needed to support customer implementation and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Business-professional fluency in Thai and English, written and spoken.
  • At least 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and customer-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of project management experience in a hospitality SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: Customer implementation or onboarding experience at a hospitality SaaS company.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, or similar customer operations tools.
