Description

  • Own APAC regional marketing strategy, program prioritization, and investment planning aligned with business goals and Sales priorities.
  • Plan and execute local and regional events, including objectives, budgets, promotion, registration, logistics, onsite delivery, follow-up, and measurement.
  • Adapt global campaigns, webinars, content, research, and product-led initiatives for APAC audiences.
  • Develop market-specific growth programs through local channels, hospitality communities, associations, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
  • Contribute to global and marquee tradeshow strategy across APAC, including regional objectives, audience targeting, activation, Sales alignment, and follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Events, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to deliver integrated programs.
  • Measure program performance and use insights to optimize future marketing priorities and investment.

Requirements

  • Experience in field, integrated, regional, or campaign marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing local and regional events, including budgets, promotion, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience developing marketing programs across multiple countries or markets, ideally in APAC and Australia/New Zealand.
  • Strong project management, communication, writing, and messaging skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and global marketing teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize marketing programs and investment.
  • Fluency using AI tools for daily marketing planning and execution while applying strategic judgment.
  • Comfort working remotely with global, distributed teams across time zones.
  • Near-native English fluency at C1 or C2 level; Thai fluency is a bonus.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel technology, hotel technology, SaaS, or B2B software; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Current work authorization in the job location without requiring visa sponsorship.
