Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and manage ongoing client communication.
  • Lead recurring client meetings and strategy check-ins with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Write and edit campaign copy, subject lines, and messaging.
  • Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, launches, and performance monitoring for email campaigns.
  • Update and manage website content and landing pages in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and performance tracking to support visibility and traffic growth.
  • Analyze campaign and account performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools, then present client-friendly summaries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate tasks, feedback, deadlines, and priorities across leadership, clients, and internal marketing teams.
  • Use AI and productivity tools to support research, reporting, campaign content, and communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, client-facing marketing roles, or agency account management.
  • Strong experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with executive-level or high-profile clients is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and other messaging/collaboration tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Klaviyo is nice to have.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Express is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred for paid media coordination.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours in a full-time remote role.
