Description

  • Architect and improve Cloudbeds’ AWS infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain the Kubernetes platform, preferably using EKS.
  • Automate infrastructure and configuration management with infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Design, support, and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps delivery processes.
  • Drive product and engineering projects through successful production releases.
  • Improve platform security, reliability, scalability, performance, and quality.
  • Advise development teams on DevOps practices and infrastructure-based application configuration.
  • Participate in the production on-call rotation and respond to outages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
  • Strong experience with application containerization and delivery.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD/GitOps.
  • Experience with NGINX, ingress controllers, load balancing, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, Redis or Memcached, and SQS.
  • Ability to write Bash or Python scripts, with strong networking skills.
  • Experience with Linux administration, PCI-compliant environments, service onboarding automation, or monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry is preferred.
  • Strong English communication, teamwork, remote-work, and time-management skills; U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

  • Annual compensation of $90,000–$120,000 USD, with flexibility for packages above this range.
