Description

  • Present the company’s vision, technology, and products to executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, client conversions, and onboarding projects.
  • Lead implementation coordination with the Design & Implementation team and track project timelines.
  • Collaborate on the deployment of 3D software solutions, cloud platforms, and connected services within the company ecosystem.
  • Provide ongoing client support through email, conference calls, and phone communication.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify expansion opportunities and better understand B2B customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between global CLO offices to strengthen product adoption across the global supply chain.
  • Plan and deliver presentations at client meetings and industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and panels.
  • Own client onboarding, training, and support, with a focus on managing relationships with clients in Thailand.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the apparel industry, technology/startup sector, or fashion marketing/business.
  • Solid understanding of the fashion ecosystem and operations management.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and open-minded team player.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Must be a Thai citizen.
