Description

  • Lead business development initiatives and support operational execution for the Hanoi market.
  • Drive outbound sales generation through creative concepts and prospecting approaches.
  • Manage projects through completion with proactive ownership and follow-through.
  • Communicate with customers and partners in a clear, persuasive, and audience-aware manner.
  • Deliver presentations and represent the company in meetings and external discussions.
  • Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving to business and operational challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with a team and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Travel frequently as needed to support business development activities.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of work experience in the apparel or technology/startup industry, or a Fashion Marketing/Business degree with strong understanding of the ecosystem and operations management.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic with the ability to lead projects to completion.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking for outbound sales generation.
  • Strong customer-focused communication skills, including dynamic presentation skills and the ability to read an audience.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving strengths.
  • Team-oriented, open-minded, and tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technology.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Knowledge of the 2D/3D CAD industry is beneficial.
