Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and lead the full sales process.
  • Run strategy sessions and pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the pipeline from first touch through signed contract.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain the sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate the company’s internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the broader internal marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Help elevate the brand to attract larger and more established clients.
  • Think holistically about how advertising fits into the company’s broader growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a prior role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Loom video application required, including an introduction, a closed deal example, and one observation about the company’s current marketing.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
  • Target OTE of approximately $150,000 per year.
