Description

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work plans for marketing initiatives.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for project deliverables.
  • Manage contracts and coordinate work for contractors and full-time employees to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Use project management tools such as Jira or Asana to assign, coordinate, and review team tasks.
  • Plan and facilitate project operations, cadence, and reporting through daily scrums, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Prepare and present weekly and quarterly project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Track project costs and keep work aligned with budget and timeline targets.
  • Measure new campaign launches against initial projections and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and supervise the team on project management principles and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of project management or related experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
  • Proven creative problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in process modeling and managing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
