Description

  • Lead and manage web development projects from planning through delivery.
  • Translate client business outcomes and product requirements into clear roadmaps and project plans.
  • Define team capacity, resource needs, and project scope while tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, prioritization, design reviews, testing, demos, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Apply agile or hybrid-agile methodologies and adapt delivery practices to project needs.
  • Partner with PMO and Delivery teams to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate risks and issues when needed to balance business and technical constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders on delivery status, milestones, releases, and scope changes.
  • Continuously engage with clients, account leadership, and teams to ensure expected value is delivered.
  • Monitor and report on team morale while fostering a one-team mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in an agency or product organization.
  • Experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role leading large delivery teams in software development, web technologies, and/or ecommerce.
  • Proven experience delivering web product launches.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD.
  • Experience with project management methodologies including agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.
  • Experience with headless implementations of ecommerce, CMS, loyalty, identity, or personalization platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Miro; experience with MS Teams, Notion, Instagantt, or Smartsheet is an advantage.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level companies, especially in ecommerce, is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Agile Certification and/or Scrum Master certification are desirable.
