Description

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across Canadian K–12 school districts and boards.
  • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting activities to connect with key education stakeholders across provinces.
  • Own and develop the Canadian territory with a structured, province-by-province approach.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a pipeline to help meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Attend Canadian EdTech events and conferences, and represent ClickView as a brand advocate.
  • Create bespoke campaigns to generate demand and engage prospective customers.
  • Identify decision makers and influencers within school boards and institutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with K–12 decision makers to support platform usage and renewals.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help influence product-market fit.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in EdTech and K–12.
  • Direct experience selling into Canadian school boards and districts.
  • Strong understanding of provincial education governance in Canada.
  • Deep knowledge of how Canadian K–12 schools and districts evaluate and procure technology across multiple provinces.
  • Target-driven with a genuine team-player mindset.
  • Self-starter with a successful background in new business development, customer experience, and sales strategy.
  • Highly organized and methodical with strong discipline around sales process and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable working autonomously as the first Canadian hire and building from scratch.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Canada regularly for customer and event meetings.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for planning and pipeline management.
