Description

  • Collaborate with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events.
  • Translate demand generation strategies into events and experiences with cross-functional teams to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end event campaigns, including audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies.
  • Track and analyze field marketing and event performance to refine strategy and improve results.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and identify new event opportunities aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment.
  • Provide internal teams with clear event guidance and task assignments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Travel across EMEA more than 40% of the time, with travel expected to decrease as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the database or data analytics industry is required.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline generation and brand awareness through field marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with experience executing both small and large events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing program effectiveness.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
