Description

  • Own ClickHouse's global GSI program end to end, with focused investment in two named partner firms.
  • Drive day-to-day co-sell activity between ClickHouse and GSI partner field teams.
  • Build and run practice enablement programs for GSI architects, delivery consultants, and practice leads.
  • Develop executive-level relationships across alliance teams, practice leaders, and managing directors at target GSI firms.
  • Use co-sell programs and partner incentives strategically to generate new pipeline.
  • Define and track program metrics such as influenced pipeline, co-sell wins, partner-sourced revenue, and enablement reach.
  • Work cross-functionally with field sales, product, and marketing to embed GSI partnerships into territory plans and GTM.
  • Integrate ClickHouse into active GSI delivery opportunities and broader partner motions.
  • Help create and operationalize the playbook for a function that is being built from scratch.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of how GSIs build and monetize practices and how that maps to a software vendor's growth goals.
  • Proven experience managing named GSI partnerships with measurable co-sell or influenced pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or Capgemini is preferred.
  • Ability to integrate a vendor's GTM into an existing GSI practice motion, not just manage an alliance relationship.
  • Comfort engaging at the managing director and executive level with partner-side stakeholders.
  • Ability to earn trust and buy-in from an internal field sales team.
  • Experience building and delivering enablement content for partner technical and delivery teams.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking program performance and supporting business decisions.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment where the playbook does not yet exist.
  • Experience, education, certifications, skills, and location may influence compensation placement.
