Description

  • Build and own the technical content flywheel by turning SME inputs into market-facing assets such as blog posts, data sheets, solution briefs, and channel content.
  • Develop and maintain a content taxonomy and tagging system so assets are easy to discover, filter, and use across the buyer journey.
  • Own sales enablement content by organizing a central repository and alerting sales when new assets are available.
  • Build and maintain an integrated content calendar aligned to the product roadmap, market moments, and industry events.
  • Direct technical marketing writers and engineers by providing briefs, clear direction, and feedback that ensure quality and technical accuracy.
  • Own the content review and approval process across marketing, product, and technical stakeholders.
  • Track content performance and use data to refine content strategy and improve impact.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ClearML and maps value to specific buyer challenges.
  • Build and maintain a buyer journey map, including ICPs, personas, purchasing committee members, and stage-specific content needs.
  • Lead market intelligence reviews and quickly respond to AI ecosystem and competitive developments with timely content or social activations.
  • Develop brand awareness strategy and produce high-impact thought leadership for senior IT and executive buyers.
  • Translate positioning into a full suite of market-facing assets, including solution briefs, white papers, executive content, and case studies.
  • Create partner-ready channel enablement content for OEMs, distributors, and VARs.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure messaging reflects buyer needs and supports active deal cycles.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing with strong content strategy and execution skills.
  • Firsthand professional experience in the AI infrastructure industry, including marketing to IT leaders and engineers.
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure components such as Kubernetes, virtualization, and networking.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning and messaging frameworks and use them to drive content strategy.
  • Proven track record building or operating a GTM content engine from technical SME inputs to distributed market-facing assets.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude to speed up manual tasks.
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to distinguish between content formats such as blog posts, data sheets, and press releases.
  • Ability to write technically fluent content for non-engineering audiences without oversimplifying complex topics.
  • A strong portfolio of product marketing deliverables for IT or enterprise audiences, including positioning docs, solution briefs, white papers, and executive content.
  • Experience owning sales enablement content strategy, including repositories and content discoverability.
  • Experience producing channel- or partner-facing content for OEM or distributor audiences.
  • Experience running cross-functional content and market intelligence cadences with product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure concepts such as MLOps, model training and deployment, and AI workflows.
  • Experience managing a team of content producers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with F500 companies and large channel partners is preferred.
