Description

  • Act as a liaison between partners and customers.
  • Assign orders to real estate professionals who meet service level expectations and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate fees and contracts with real estate professionals.
  • Follow up on orders and help ensure customer milestones are met and deliveries are on time.
  • Communicate with real estate professionals professionally across multiple communication channels.
  • Update records with accurate and detailed notes.
  • Foster positive vendor relationships.
  • Remove obstacles that delay deliveries.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer proficiency with computer programs and internet applications.
  • Effective written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • A positive, friendly, and optimistic demeanor.
  • A sense of urgency, responsiveness, and attentiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work additional scheduled hours when needed.

  • Hourly base salary of $19.00 to $24.50, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
