Description

  • Manage Concierge Referrals by understanding member preferences and identifying appropriate providers.
  • Present provider options and coordinate appointment scheduling with scheduling teams.
  • Collect accurate information from provider offices, including availability, insurance contracts, and conditions treated.
  • Support members in obtaining medical records and forwarding them to new providers.
  • Meet service-level agreements and balance speed, quality, and member experience targets.
  • Collaborate with Care, Clinical, Quality, Records, Training, and Member Care teams.
  • Connect members with additional Included Health benefits and appropriate departments.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain an organized dashboard of active cases and contribute to team meetings and annual goals.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills for explaining services, verifying availability, and determining scheduling requirements.
  • Strong written communication skills for concise, informative internal messages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data collection and entry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to process changes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Comfort with asking questions, requesting help, and collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency with common office software, Google Apps, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to perform internet searches and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Ability to meet service-level agreements and quality standards.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and sense of humor.
