Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Own and manage relationships across 15+ monthly client accounts.
  • Lead and participate in digital marketing strategy discussions covering SEO, PPC, websites, and AI-driven visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requests and smaller projects.
  • Report outcomes, performance, and results to clients.
  • Educate clients on services, strategies, and delivered value.
  • Support account growth through upselling and long-term client retention.
  • Organize and participate in internal and client-facing meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience with local, regional, and national accounts.
  • Familiarity with websites and digital marketing, including a solid understanding of SEO and PPC.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini and how they can improve online visibility.
  • Comfort managing 15+ active client accounts.
  • Ability to grow into leading strategic digital marketing conversations with internal support.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following industries is a plus: Professional Services (legal, accounting, mortgage), Home Services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, restoration), SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Understanding of how digital marketing services are sold, with upselling as a key responsibility.
  • Experience in managing website projects for clients.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and work effectively and independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with excellent oral and written communication, and strong judgment in knowing when to involve subject-matter experts.

  • $80,000-$85,000 expected total compensation in year one, with six-figure earnings possible in year two.
