Description

  • Own and evolve solution-led positioning and outcome-focused messaging for public-sector buyers.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and buying patterns to inform positioning and competitive intelligence.
  • Gather voice-of-market insights from sales calls, RFPs, win/loss reviews, and customer conversations.
  • Translate product roadmap updates into internal and external communications and enablement materials.
  • Build objection-handling frameworks for technical, governance, security, and ROI concerns.
  • Lead win/loss analysis and feedback loops to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Define packaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new product capabilities.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Track launch success through adoption, pipeline influence, win rates, and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze deal progression to identify friction points and develop tools for procurement and implementation concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including municipalities or counties.
  • Familiarity with RFP-driven procurement, compliance requirements, security reviews, and long evaluation cycles.
  • Experience supporting technically and operationally complex deals.
  • Ability to create clear, differentiated messaging grounded in customer and practitioner language.
  • Experience building structured product marketing programs, including win/loss analysis, launch readiness, and sales assets.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with comfort using pipeline data, conversion metrics, and deal progression insights.
  • Ability to challenge views productively and educate stakeholders to improve positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build repeatable processes and scalable frameworks.
  • Practical experience using AI and modern tooling such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gong, Clay, Loveable, Gamma, Storylane, or RFP automation platforms.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in GovTech or with public-sector customers.
  • Bonus: Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform architecture, configuration limits, and extension models.
